The CIUSSS of the West Island of Montreal is currently looking for an Administrative Technician to fill a permanent day position.

Job Description :
Under the immediate authority of the health prevention and promotion manager, the person occupying this position plays an important role in our approach to occupational health and safety - disability component.

More specifically, the person:
- Ensures the medico-administrative management of salary insurance, occupational injuries and other schemes in accordance with good management practices (for certain types of diagnoses);
- Selects problem files for management clinics with the medical consultant;
- Sees the production and analysis of various statistics and reports related to its functions;
- Acts in a consulting and support role for managers and employees;
- She assists employees when returning to work.

Requirements :
- Diploma of completion of college studies with specialization in administrative techniques (DEC 3 years)
or in an appropriate academic discipline;
- Minimum experience of 6 months in similar functions an asset;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Very good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written.

* All other combinations of training and experience could be studied. Tests
knowledge will be administered.
