The Montreal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (MWI IUHSSC) is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Clinician for its Batshaw Youth and Family Centers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nursing services according to the bio-psycho-social needs of the patients or groups of people under her/his care;
• Assess the health status of patients, determine and ensure the implementation of nursing treatment and care plans;
• Provide nursing and medical care and treatments with a view to maintain or restore health and preventing disease;
• Plan, deliver and assess teaching for patients, their relatives or close friends and groups of people;
• Participate in research aimed at promoting health and preventing disease.

** Full-Time, Day Shift (9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.)
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
• Membership with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);
• Bilingualism;
• Pediatric experience (especially 0-5 years' old);
• Experience in the community, an asset;
• Driver's license and car required.
