Description :
The West Island of Montreal CIUSSS is looking for a planning, programming and research agent for the management of multidisciplinary services, psychosocial supervision component.
PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ONE OR MORE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES. SHE/HE CONDUCTS THE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES NEEDED TO IDENTIFY AND ASSESS RESOURCES AND NEEDS. SHE/HE DESIGNS AND PROPOSES DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND PROGRAMS IN ORDER TO ENSURE ADEQUATE SERVICE PLANNING. SHE/HE PROVIDES ADVICE CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF PROGRAMS AND/OR SERVICES. SHE/HE MAY PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS TEACHING OR TRAINING ACTIVITIES. MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S
DEGREE IN AN APPROPRIATE ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE, SUCH AS ADMINISTRATION OR SOCIAL SCIENCES.
Requirements :
- Must hold a first terminal university degree in social work;
- Must be a member of the Professional Order of Social Workers of Quebec;
- Minimum experience in intervention of 5 years, including at least 3 years with elderly clients with loss of autonomy, in mental health and with social workers in hospital services and GMF;
- Experience in clinical supervision;
- Experience in consultation, liaison, networking and teaching;
- Vehicle required (must be able to travel by car to get to the various CIUSSS ODIM installations);
- Ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with French and English speaking customers.
