Description :
The West Island of Montreal CIUSSS is currently looking for a planning, programming and research officer to fill a full-time POSITION on the team of Performance and Statistics - management profile and content creation at the Douglas Institute.
Under the authority of the head of the statistics and performance department, the person will have as main mandate to ensure the management of the digital content produced by the team and to participate in the creation of digital content. Its main responsibilities are:
• Participate in the development of content published on the service's web portal
• Coordinate the work to improve the user experience (UX) with the web developer
• Create presentations (infographics, dashboard, PowerPoint presentation) based on statistical data produced by the team
• Provide expert leadership in order to implement a management strategy for the information and documentation produced and ensure that the procedures implemented are maintained;
• Participate in the development of integrated document management systems, programs and tools (service archive, wiki platform);
• Manage the documentation life cycle;
• Define the needs and plan the means in his area of ??expertise in terms of knowledge transfer, training, awareness and communication with team members.
Requirements :
• Must have a first university degree in communication, information technology, document and archive management, or in another appropriate discipline;
• Has technical experience with Web content management tools (CMS); an advantage
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems;
• Positive attitude and high degree of flexibility in a complex and changing environment;
• Ability to popularize information and transfer knowledge;
• Ability to interact easily, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
