Description :
The Montréal West Island IUHSSC is currently looking for a class 1 Administrative Agent to fill a full-time need within the Performance and Statistics Service, located at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute.

The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Excel software.

General job title description: Person whose main function is to carry out a set of administrative work such as analyzes, reports, complex calculations and other related tasks. In addition to carrying out administrative work of a complex nature, he/she assumes independently, within a department, the responsibilities of coordination and quality control. He/she exercises powers relating to the organization of office work or a sector of activity such as accounting or procurement. He/she can also carry out tasks relating to the secretarial sector.

More specifically, as part of his/her duties, the Administrative Agent at the Performance and Statistics Service performs the following tasks:

- Continuous management of data received or to be received by email;
- Request for periodic data from managers and administrative agents;
- Clarification of the data received from managers and administrative agents;
- Transcription of data from automated reports, house files and databases;
- Periodic updating of tables, indicators and graphs;
- Creation of standardized templates for data transmission.
Requirements :
- Must have a high school diploma;
- Must have excellent skills in Excel (ability to make pivot tables, validation of formulas);
- Must be attentive to details.
