Description :
The Montreal West Island IUHSSC is currently looking for an Administrative Proceedings Specialist to fill a full-time need within the HR information system and special projects team of the Human Resources, Communications and Legal Affairs Directorate.

The office is located at the Weredale Street Campus (Westmount) of the Batshaw Youth and Family Centers.

As part of his/her duties, the Administrative Proceedings Specialist analyzes the needs, develops and provides the professional techniques concerning administrative methods and systems in order to improve service functioning.
Requirements :
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in administration sciences or any other relevant university discipline (public administration, industrial relations, enterprise management, human resources);
- Relevant experience of six (6) months in a similar function, ideally in the health and social services network;
- Expertise in data management and HR information systems;
- Knowledge in the principle of manpower planning;
- Must be able to communicate effectively (orally and writing), in French and English.
